Orders $79 and over are eligible for Free Shipping. Packages shipped free will arrive within 7 business days after payment is complete.
A Standard Post shipping rate (determined by the weight and destination of the parcel) is applied to all orders under $79. Packages shipped post arrive within 7 business days after payment is complete.
An order that is placed with Three-Day Shipping will arrive no more than 3 business days after payment is complete. The rate is determined by the weight and destination of the parcel.
Canada's Toy Box now offers free curbside pickup from our NE Calgary office Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm. If you are unable to pick up your order during our open hours, please let us know- we will do our best to make arrangements to accommodate your schedule.
We ask that you bring identification, and that customers who intend to enter our office please wear a mask that effectively covers the mouth and nose. If you wish to have your package brought outside, please call 587-897-5767 upon arrival.
