Full user instructions are included, complete with diagrams and a beginners guide, but here are the basics: The CB-3000 consists of the cage, which is the part that covers the head and shaft, two bases, 5 U-rings, a locking pin and several sets of spacers that help adjust the area between each part. You'll be able to customize the fit, so don't worry about discomfort.

Your Device should come pre-assembled, simply replace the U-ring with another if you need to, and experiment with different spacers. The CB-3000 should feel snug, but not tight. When you're experimenting with the fit, you'll need to (try to!) stay un-aroused, as you'll ultimately be wearing it sans erection. Make sure you leave enough room between the U-ring and the bottom base to avoid pinching your scrotum. If this all sounds a little complicated, don't stress, it's much easier to understand in person, plus the included guide is nice and detailed.
